Here we will be sharing our experience, reflections and learning as we grow into our role as a Resourcing Hub in the Diocese of Oxford for Community Organising and Church Growth.
At St Frideswide’s we talk about ‘having fun, making friends, and growing disciples of Jesus’. We want to live in the fullness of life which God intends for us, and to help others do the same. The tools of community organising are helping us to do this in an intentional, meaningful, and rewarding way. Sometimes it is hard work – like paddling upstream – but the deepening of relationships and the sense of God’s accompaniment on the journey are enriching us along the way.
